Terms of Use

1. Authorized use

MicroHub is an invite-only business application. Access is limited to authorized MicroDynamics employees, vendors, and customers (via the PressRoom portal) whose accounts have been created or approved by a MicroDynamics administrator. This is a business/internal-use application, not a public consumer product.

2. Account responsibility

Accounts, credentials, and generated license keys are for the exclusive use of the person or organization they were issued to. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login or invite link with anyone outside your organization.

3. Uploaded content

You are responsible for the files, documents, and information you upload to MicroHub or PressRoom (for example, purchase orders, service attachments, or software/configuration files). Upload only content you are authorized to share, and do not upload malicious files or content that infringes another party's rights.

4. Acceptable use

Automated scripting, scraping, load testing, or attempts to probe, bypass, or overwhelm MicroHub or PressRoom infrastructure without prior written authorization from MicroDynamics is prohibited. Do not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access, or to circumvent role-based access controls or licensing controls.

5. Intellectual property

MicroHub, PressRoom, and their underlying software are the property of MicroDynamics. Uploaded business content (your files, records, and data) remains yours or your organization's; MicroDynamics processes it only to operate the application on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

MicroHub is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the application from time to time.

7. No subscription or paid plan

MicroHub does not currently have a paid subscription, billing, or checkout flow for application access. If that changes in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly before any such feature is introduced.

8. Prohibited misuse and security

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to MicroHub or PressRoom, or to any account other than your own. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it as described on the Security page rather than exploiting or disclosing it publicly.

9. Termination / account access

MicroDynamics may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate these Terms, or when an employment, vendor, or customer relationship ends. Historical business records associated with an account are not automatically deleted when access is removed — see the Data Retention page.

10. Disclaimers and limitations

MicroHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, MicroDynamics' liability arising from your use of MicroHub is limited. (This section is a general placeholder pending formal legal counsel review — see internal notes.)

11. Governing law and contact

A specific governing law/jurisdiction has not been finalized for these Terms and is not stated here to avoid an inaccurate claim; this is flagged for counsel review before broad external/commercial use. Questions about these Terms can be directed to support@microdynamics.net.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as MicroHub's actual practices change. The effective date above reflects the most recent update. These Terms are not a certification of legal compliance; formal legal review is recommended before broad external/commercial use.
